ADA Accessibility Statement:
The Milton Theatre is committed to providing accessibility of our building to our guests to the best of our ability. For patrons with mobility difficulties, we provide a stair lift. All staff are trained on using the stair lift to assist customers in need. Seats on the main floor of the theatre are removable to make space for a guest to remain in their wheelchair for the duration of the event. All bathrooms include an accessible stall as well as a single restroom for guests needing privacy or assistance with using the restroom. Staff are trained to be patient when working with guests with accessibility challenges and serving them to the best of their ability throughout the interaction.

Language Accessibility Statement:
The Milton Theatre is committed to providing service to our guests regardless of the language they speak. When serving guests who do not speak English, a staff member may request assistance from another staff member who speaks the same language as the customer (such as a bilingual staff member). If a bilingual staff member is not available, a staff member should use a language translating app installed on every POS station. Staff are trained to be patient when working with non-English speaking guests and serving them to the best of their ability throughout the interaction.
